DT-Primer is an entirely new concept in primers for cementitious materials. Because it?s extremely small particles allows it to travel past were most primers stop; it?s penetrates the surface to latch onto the concrete or overlay deep inside the matrix; thus creating a better surface for the overlay to bond to. DT-Primer increases the bond strand by creating a more efficient chemical link between the concrete and the overlay material.
