Payment Terms:   All Credit Cards Accepted Prepay or C.O.D.

Frieght Policy:  All Prices F.O.B.  Nashville, Tennessee  FedEx US Ground is prepaid.  Truck lines are shipped Freight Collect.   Overnight Packages or Air Freight will be billed to your account or a credit card. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.  Same day shipping is subject to stock and order must be received by 1 PM  CST.  If an item is out of stock we will inform your of the expected delay.  

Damaged Orders:  Refuse to accept your shipment if it appears to be greatly damaged.  Please report and damage to product immediately upon receipt and we will handle the claim fron our end.  Notify us on day of receipt if products is damaged to get a return authorization, otherwise, we will not be liable.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns:  All returns are subject to approval and you must call within 7 days of receipt of product.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the product, plus a 20% restocking fee.  Refund will be returned once product is received in the original condition. NO EXCEPTIONS....

Prices:  Prices are Subject to change without notice.  Our pricing is based on volume and not chasing money on Past Due Accounts.   We reserve the right to correct pricing for any printing errors.
